Use up to 6 capsules daily in divided doses. PhD recommend 2 capsules taken at 3 stages throughout the day to gain optimum results. Ideally swallow 2 capsules with the pre-exercise drink or meal, followed by 2 capsules immediately after intense exercise. You can use the remaining 2 capsules before bed with a snack or drink.
On non-training days simply use 6 capsules in divided doses spread evenly throughout the day.
Do not exceed the recommended serving directions.
