"i've been taking met-rx cee creatine for about 4 or 5 months now and could not be happier with the product. i simply take two tabs half an hour before gym and two immediatley after. from day one i have noticed the difference (no loading needed) both in my recovery times (minimal soreness following day) and in my energy levels during the session. the energy during the session was the thing that suprised me most, i expectd improved recovery but during my sessions i now find that my energy in the third and fourth sets is almost equal to on the first two, a major bonus. overall this product has greatly improved my training and i would recomend it to anyone serious about there training."
